Position Type: Full-time
Job Summary: ATA is looking for Full time Web Developers to create the next advanced Travel Online Booking Engine for web and mobile.
You will work with APIs from different vendors such Air, Hotel, Car and Vacation companies.
Responsibilities:
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Obtains API and licenses software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products.
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development life-cycle.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Graduated from a computer science related program

Salary: Salary: $45,000 – 85,000

Shift times: 10:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- The ideal qualified candidate must have knowledge in Amadeus. He/She will be expected to provide functional assistance and support through telephone conversation and remote access software for incoming queries and issues related to Amadeus GDS.
- It is essential that the qualified candidate will be able to easily identify root cause of problems and logically walk customers through problem-solving process and provide proposed solution(s).
- Candidate will be trained on ATA CRM System and Amadeus Direct Customer Portal
- Data Entry and population of data in Member Profiles
- Produce Reports and trained to Analyze said reports
- Full time staff may have opportunity to travel to (Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Los Angeles, Houston, New York) to conduct training sessions on the Amadeus system
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- TICO certificate
- Seneca Amadeus Course Training
Preferred Skills:
- Soft Skills – People Skills (Conversational), work ethic, positive attitude, effective communication, self-awareness, creativity to a task or situation
- Hard Skills – Advanced Keyboarding, Windows 7 and above, experience with Amadeus and other GDS system, Microsoft Excel and Word
Languages: English, French, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean
Hours/Preferred days of week: 24 – 40 hours & 3 – 5 shifts a week.

SCHEDULE: Full-time
DUTIES:
i) Increase adoption and the usage of the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) amongst Travel Agencies within the United States.
ii) Provide training and support on Amadeus GDS to new and existing travel agency members and strategic partners through onsite visits and social media platforms such as WeChat.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Travel Agency environment or currently is working in a business development role for an Airline.
REQUIREMENTS:
GDS Knowledge (one or more): Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan
Communication skills: Excellent
Languages: Fluency in English and Korean or Japanese or Spanish or Tagalog
Relationship Management skills: Advanced
Drivers License: Yes
SALARY: Negotiable
