Okidata 320 Turbo vs. Laser Printers
Okidata 320 Turbo New ~$450 We don't suggest buying used.
If your paper stock has holes on the side, this is your printer. It's durable, can print on multi-sheet carbon paper, excellent on ink and will probably outlast your laser printer. Ink ribbons cost ~$9 each and typically last a year. This fact alone will save you money in the long run comparitively to the Popular Laser printer. Laser Printer Toner sales is what keeps their manufacturers in business. Toner is gravely expensive. The purchase of two toner cartridges will probably equal the cost of your Laser printer alone. Now make no mistake. Your business still require a Laser Printer or perhaps even a Multi-Purpose (fax/scan/copy) Laser Printer to use for documents with graphics, web printing, etc... However, don't print everything on your laser printer!
To save money in the long run, have one of each printer. Use the laser when necessary, but for Itineraries, Hardcopy Screen Prints of your PNR, and even E-Tickets, go with the Okidata.
